Elemental Trigram 2009

My last art project of my high school career. This was a finalised piece that I displayed as a multi-piece set at my school’s art show. The basis of this project was the Chinese eight trigram diagram, with each trigram representing an element in nature and the center representing the yin and yang.

The above is closer to how it was displayed at my high school art show. I cut out each trigram artwork into the appropriate shape and framed it in the eight trigram ‘Bagua’ arrangement.

All these digital paintings were created using Adobe Photoshop with a Wacom tablet and was originally posted on DeviantArt and I eventually took them down.
