Clipart Licenses

All clipart products come with both a Personal Use License and a Commercial Use License for customers to choose. Both license types are royalty-free and are subjected to the following restrictions:

1. You are not required to give credit, but you CANNOT claim the artwork you purchased as your own creation.
2. You CANNOT claim copyright nor trademark the artwork you purchased.
3. You CANNOT use the artwork you purchased for business branding or “part of” business branding.
4. You CANNOT resell the clipart files you purchased “as is”.
5. You CANNOT distribute the clipart files you purchased “as is” to others for free.
6. You CANNOT transfer your license nor sub-license the artwork you purchased.

~ Personal Use License Terms ~

Under Personal Use License, you may use your purchased clipart files in the following manner:

• For digital personal use (device wallpaper, personal avatar, etc).
• For personal use self-prints (self-printed wall prints, stickers, scrapbooking, etc).
• For non-commercial projects (personal t-shirt print, personal mug print, etc).
• For business use where the clipart is: (1) NOT the main attraction, (2) NOT business branding, (3) NOT part of a product for sale, (4) NOT part of client work (web graphics, non-brand cover image, etc).

~ Commercial Use License Terms ~

Under Commercial Use License, you may use your purchased clipart files in the following manner:

For commercial use “as part of” your products or work for clients

• On printed products (commercial prints, commercial t-shirt prints, book covers, etc).
• In digital products (eBooks, digital templates, etc).
• As digital resource ONLY when the artwork is heavily modified (digital patterns, art software brushes, etc).
• To train AI software.

Downloadable Books

All downloadable books products contain content and media owned by Yvonne Yu, creator of YveeYui, unless indicated otherwise.

Purchasing any downloadable book on this site gives you the right to open and read the file on any digital device for media consumption purposes only. Physically printing your purchased downloadable book file is also allowed for personal reading and personal collections.

Purchasing any downloadable book DOES NOT give you the right to copy, extract, edit, modify the material in the file, nor redistribute, resell commercially the file, nor claim to be the creator of the file. If you wish to translate the content in your purchased book and share it to others who did not purchased the book, you must first contact us for permission.

All digital download products provided by YveeYui.com under this Agreement are provided ‘as is’ and without warranty of any kind. Except as required by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. You are solely responsible for your use of the download files you purchase on this site.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available after sale confirmation. Please ensure your devices and software can use the product file types before purchasing.

All links to download files are available after sale confirmation, and are operational for 24 hours. In the event you are unable to receive your purchased download files or missed the 24hr operational period, you can contact us to reopen the download link.

Payment Details Policy

We do not hold any payment card details if you make a purchase on this site. All credit and debit card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
